Visuality is the focal point at the upcoming conference on video pedagogies, 17–18 June, at Aalborg University, Denmark.

“We welcome all who take an interest in discussing and exploring video in resear and for education, and urge researchers to submit their papers before 20 March. We will produce peer reviewed conference proceedings and submissions of extended abstracts will be published,” says JustEd member Professor Kathrin Otrel-Cass, who is on the organizing committee.

“We will recommend, as part of the review to individuals, to submit a full paper to either the Video Journal of Education and Pedagogy or  the Journal of Communication and Culture,” adds Kathrin.

The two keynote speakers Sigrid Norris and Ken Tobin represent experts in the field of video analysis as well as education focused use of video. They have very innovative and different ways in working with video.
